Job Description : Operations Associate
Location: Bangalore (Various locations)
Working Days: 6 days a week (WFO)
Experience Required: 1 year of experience in Handling Logistics/operations.
Requirements: English, Hindi (Kannada/Telugu)
Role Summary:
The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with operational tasks, handling escalations, and managing queries efficiently. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage operational tickets and calls in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure seamless business processes.
- Handle operations escalations and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
- Respond to and manage queries via calls, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and improve efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of operational issues and resolutions for reporting and analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.
