Key Responsibilities
- Tender Document Preparation:
- Review tender documents and identify submission requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information, certifications, and supporting documents.
- Prepare, format, and organize tender proposals to meet submission guidelines.
- Bid Management:
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including bid analysis, document control, and submission timelines.
- Develop bid strategies to increase the chances of winning tenders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations for input on tenders.
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure bid compliance.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure tender documents comply with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain the accuracy and integrity of submissions.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Research industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Maintain a database of past tenders, including win/loss analysis, and document key learnings.
- Post-Tender Follow-Up:
- Track and report on tender outcomes.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and work towards continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in tender preparation and bid management, preferably in the IT services sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software/tools.
