As a key representative of the Cultural House, the Executive Director will drive initiatives that foster community engagement, cultural enrichment, and educational programming. This position will also involve overseeing all operational aspects while ensuring organizational sustainability and fiscal responsibility, working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and external stakeholders to realize the Cultural House’s long-term objectives.
Job Requirements
- :A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior management roles within the nonprofit sector, with a strong emphasis on cultural organizations
- .Proven capability in business development with at least 10 years of experience in successfully generating revenue streams through fundraising, grant writing, and corporate sponsorship
- .Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with evidence of effective implementation of cultural programs that align with community needs
