About The Role
Decagon is looking to hire a Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI-driven platform and drive the development of innovative products that our customers love. As a key member of the product team, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and leadership to define product strategies, prioritize initiatives, and execute on the roadmap. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end and play a pivotal role in delivering value to our customers.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in fast-paced AI, SaaS, or startup environments
- Track record of successful product launches from concept to completion
- Strong ability to gather and analyze customer insights for product decisions
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams
- Skilled at balancing competing priorities and strategic planning
Even Better If You
- Direct experience with AI/ML product development
- Strong data analysis skills for measuring and improving product performance
- Experience growing products in early-stage startup environments
