As they develop our technology, they continue to rely on skilled data entry professionals to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Data Entry Analyst to assist in transforming raw client submissions (Excel files, PDFs, comps, etc.) into refined marketing materials using our proprietary software. This role is not just about data entry but also requires the ability to manipulate data, ensure formatting consistency, and adjust design elements as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management:
- Input, reformat, and organize deal information into our application, including transferring data from Excel sheets into the system.
- Handle both structured and unstructured data, ensuring that all necessary fields are correctly populated.
- Content Formatting & Design:
- Adjust table formats, row heights, font sizes, and other elements to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation.
- Apply attention to detail when reformatting and ensuring that content from clients aligns with brand standards.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with other analysts and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Be proactive in seeking clarification when unsure about the client’s submission or project details.
- Quality Control & Revisions:
- Ensure that all data entry and formatting work is error-free and meets client expectations.
- Revise content as necessary based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and basic concepts (e.g., offering memorandums, deal decks) is highly preferred.
- Some tech or software experience, especially with data entry, spreadsheet management (Excel), and adjusting formatting for documents and presentations.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to copy/paste values and apply formatting as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Basic design skills (e.g., adjusting text, fonts, and layout for marketing materials).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
- Strong written communication skills in English (responsive, clear, and professional communication).
- Preferred Attributes:
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Previous experience working with remote teams.
- Multitasker who can prioritize effectively and take ownership of projects.
Schedule: Full- Time / EST time zone
Compensation: $1,000 USD
