Strategic Partner Manager, Agency Brand Deals

Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in Business Development, Project Management, Program Management or Product Management roles in the India market.
  • Experience in the Content and Creator landscapes.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in management consulting or internet strategy, industry or market research, and business analytics.
  • Experience in researching consumer trends, competitor strategies and industry developments to keep category offerings aligned.
  • Excellent strategic consultation and problem-solving skills and ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to formulate and articulate technical, financial, and value points with partners and internal Google teams.
  • Passion for brand deals with creators.

The Marketing Partners Team partners closely with the large media agencies to advise and develop digital solutions for some of the largest advertisers. We enjoy an overview on the transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and video platforms. Responsibilities

  • Drive YouTube Brand Deals between advertisers and YouTube Creators by owning relationships with key media agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Google Sales, YouTube Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Operations and Go-to-Market(GTM) teams to build programs to accelerate brand deals on YouTube.
  • Analyze campaign performance, brand deals and sales data, market trends, and Key Performance Indicators to inform GTM strategies and product roadmap.
  • Serve as subject matter expert with engaged intelligence, identify Creators and key content opportunities, develop narratives and new business opportunities with influencer marketing agencies.
