Position Summary

The Project Manager is the day-to-day, primary contact for customers as it relates to all phases of pre-production, production and post-production while ensuring exceptional customer experience and quality of work.

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an office and/or agency environment (previous production experience is an asset)
  • Bachelors and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field (a combination of education and experience can be substituted)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused and eager to learn
  • Dedicated to working hard and meeting deadlines while championing quality control
  • Exceptional customer service skills and works well in a team environment
  • Creative, solution-oriented and passionate about bringing new ideas to the table
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize workload
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Job Duties

  • * Primary contact for customers as it relates to photo and video production to ensure exceptional quality work and customer experience
  • * Secondary contact for customers as it relates to sales
  • * Leading client calls (program kick-off call, pre-production call)
  • * Leading internal client briefs as a passionate brand champion for all their clients
  • * Leading development of all pre-production documents
  • * Working collaboratively with all internal teams to deliver on the brand’s style
  • * Arranging client product shipment, and managing any follow-up inquiries to ensure it arrive on time
  • * Running production date for all clients (get clients settled upon arrival, join the virtual studio for remote clients, etc.)
  • * Keeping all content program information up-to-date using Tag Canada’s program management software.

Working conditions

Office Environment

The salary range for this position is CAD 50k minimum – CAD 55k maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on location, and job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
