Position Details

• Role: Operations Officer (Security Operations)
• Duty Locations: Cochin & Puttuceri
• Interview Venue: Chamier Towers, Zonal Office, 23 & 24, Chamiers Rd, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600018
• Salary: Negotiable (Based on Interview)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations across 30-35 client sites.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, legal standards, and client requirements.
• Manage scheduling, shift planning, and 24/7 site coverage.
• Lead and train security personnel, ensuring high service standards.
• Address client concerns, conduct incident management, and prepare detailed reports.
• Optimize workforce deployment, rotation, and attrition control.
• Foster discipline and professionalism among security staff.
• Conduct night and surprise checks to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Submit monthly invoices and manage payments.

Performance Metrics

• Number of client meetings.
• Deployment accuracy and resource optimization.
• Client satisfaction and incident resolution.

Key Relationships

• Internal: Security personnel, Operations Manager, HR Team.
• External: Clients and site representatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Age Range: 25-35 years.
• Physical Fitness: Minimum height of 5’8”; physically fit.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Thamizh, and Hindi is essential.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preference for Security Management or Law Enforcement backgrounds).
• Experience:
• 5-7 years in security operations.
• 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Leadership, crisis management, client relationship management, and resilience under pressure.
