Job Description
The applicant needs to have expertise in doing hands-on onsite service calls involving hardware and software aspects.
You will be given different service calls for different business locations to execute. You will be given a detailed work scope per service call.
You will need to be available anytime between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. as this is the time frame within which most service calls are scheduled.
You will be given work instructions for each job you are sent out to do, and you will also have tech support available to you for each job.
