Position Summary: The Program Manager will lead all aspects of the WSMR TEAS (White Sands Missile Range Test Engineering and Analysis Services) contract performance and will serve as the primary point of contact with the government for all matters and will be fully empowered to represent TNT and the contract team.
Primary Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Effectively and efficiently deliver contract execution with measurable results and timely delivery of all requirements.
- Supervises all Contractor personnel and is responsible for day-to-day contract activities to include, but not limited to, project planning, scheduling, reporting, and cost control.
- Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Ensure the highest quality of work delivered.
- Execute the implementation of continuously improving working processes.
- Must provide agile response and support to the government in a timely manner.
- Prevent any work stoppage and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
- Demonstrate the expertise to make financial decisions that will result in the near and long-term savings to the government.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expert communication skills – both orally and in writing.
- Expert understanding of the importance of safety and quality in a test range environment.
- Must possess a comprehensive understanding of a mixture and depth of technical skills required across contract teams.
Education & Work Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Nuclear, Aeronautical, or Network)and/or business from an accredited college or university.
- The Program Manager must have proven experience reviewing and approving the work of project managers, engineers, support staff and contract administrative personnel. Additionally, the candidate must possess 10 years of demonstrated engineering and management experience on contracts or projects with organizational responsibilities of a similarly complex nature and financial scope. He/she must possess experience working on and demonstrated leadership responsibilities on at least three (3) large projects or programs utilizing mechanical, computer, electrical and electronics engineering disciplines.
- Two (2) year experience and demonstrated knowledge of, or education in, the DoD contracting process, specifically related to the test career field. Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the mixture and depth of technical skill sets required across the contract team necessary to fulfill on all contract requirements.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen who possesses or is able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET level clearance in accordance with DoD regulations. Must possess the physical dexterity and fitness required of assigned duties.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
This position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
