What To Expect
Today, we’re a remote-first team with a main office hub in LA, where the team goes in 2-3 days per week. The rest of our team is distributed across the U.S., with a growing presence in NYC. We strive to compensate and offer benefits that are above market for the given role and stage of the company. Pay may be a combination of salary, commission, and/or equity depending on role and seniority. Full time employees are eligible for health benefits and 401k enrollment.
You should expect a self-regulated PTO policy and a culture that promotes using at least three continuous weeks every year. (Yes, 12 days of camping with no cell service is encouraged—fresh air is good for us). We sign off at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays, observe long weekends, and respect that some days, you wake up and your head just ain’t in it.

About The Role
Topanga is seeking an Associate Client Success Manager to join our small but mighty team! As part of the CSM team, you’ll assist in managing client relationships and support implementing and launching new programs. The successful candidate will help coordinate client communications, gather and organize feedback, and ensure smooth program operations. You’ll work alongside experienced CSMs to learn how to minimize food waste and bring reusable packaging programs to life.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is passionate about sustainability and relationship development. You should be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable communicating with various stakeholders. You’ll help coordinate with clients, assist in training sessions, and support program implementations. Previous experience in account management or client success is a plus, but it is not required.
As an Associate Client Success Manager at Topanga, you’ll develop problem-solving skills while supporting ReusePass programs across campuses. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, organized, and ready to learn. While technical expertise isn’t required, you should be comfortable learning new software systems and working with data.

Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding processes and assist with launch preparations
- Help coordinate and schedule client meetings and training sessions
- Assist in gathering and organizing client feedback and program data
- Support the CSM team with internal reporting and documentation
- Help maintain client communication and respond to basic inquiries
- Assist in creating and updating client training materials
- Support program implementation and participate in client training sessions
- Learn and understand Topanga’s product suite to provide basic client support

- We are a remote company, but PST is preferred for this role
- Occasional travel may be required for this role
