Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to perform independently and become an SME. – Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. – Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. – Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. – Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business processes. – Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth. – Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows, and user stories. – Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders. – Assist in the testing and validation of business solutions. – Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. – Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. – Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops. – Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. – Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. – Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. – This position is based at our Pune office. – A 15 years full-time education is required.
