Job Description
Our Corporate Data and Insights PMO team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in technical project coordination with experience utilizing tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, and SharePoint to support project management activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include
Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of technical projects.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.
Tools Management
Use applicable tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI) to create and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and task tracking.
Manage SharePoint sites for project documentation and communication.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the point of contact for project updates and communication.
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Documentation And Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope, schedules, and risks.
Generate and distribute regular project status reports, including KPI tracking, for stakeholders.
Risk Management
Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them to the appropriate teams as needed.
Collaboration And Support
Coordinate with cross-functional teams in an agile, dynamic environment to ensure smooth project execution.
Support project managers and team leads with administrative tasks and process improvements.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.
Qualifications And Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline).
Experience
3-5 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, Jira, and SharePoint.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
CAPM, PMP (in progress), or any project management certification is a plus

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $116,850.00-$164,960.00
- Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
