About The Job

As a Medical Marketing Manager (Healthcare Strategy) Philippines, you will develop the communication and marketing strategy of the categories in infant nutrition to Healthcare Professionals, based on market and science insights to grow and establish a sustainable business. You will be building and ensuring the implementation of local tailored strategy in conjunction with cross functional teams.To strengthen our health care expertise, we have a strong cooperation in between sales, medical representatives, Medical science liaison, medical affairs, and marketing departments. Medical Marketing Manager (Healthcare Strategy) Philippines role positioned under marketing is the important member of this triangle and has shared responsibility to make this cooperation efficient.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop the portfolio strategy and communication to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
  • Based on market and science insights, design Multi Channel Engagement campaigns of key category or products including digital and offline engagement strategy
  • Communication and liaise with external agencies for development of campaigns.
  • Lead Healthcare channel strategy within the cross functional regional teams (CAT)
  • Innovation and renovation pipeline (from recipe to launch)
  • Be the leader of Healthcare Nutrition enhancing projects for the assigned region or for whole Nutricia Worldwide.
  • Ensure the delivery of whole process of innovation and renovation within the aligned strategy and timeline. From ideation to launch and post launch.
  • Analyze and make use of the market data together with market insights to develop strategy and track results o Perform analysis of results (IMS, Nielsen) and create strategic plans for further growth based on data analysis.
  • Accountable for accurate forecasting and operational excellence of all healthcare activities assigned to you
  • Working with market research agencies to conduct market research and HCP trackers in different countries
  • Active in stakeholder mapping, driving initiatives through successful management of internal and external stakeholders (Distributors, HCPs, cross functional team members..etc)

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you have worked as a marketeer towards healthcare professionals for at least 2-3 years.
  • It would be a plus if you have gained this experience within nutrition area and/or in distributor setting.
  • You are strong about creating a vision for the brand & category.
  • You are able to build strong relations with our internal stakeholders namely our Danoners and external stakeholders namely distributors
  • You are able to use your project management skills to reach out our plans
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are willing to work in a dynamic and international environment.
