• Support in Lamination Punching, Rotor Casting & Drop on.
• Machine selection, purchasing and commissioning along with CTQ’s Establishment & Handed over to Production after Approval.
• Continuous improvement in Manufacturing Process by using Lean Tools. Line Balancing, VSM, TPM, waste Identification, Kaizen, Gemba
• Evaluate processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
• Ensure operations comply with safety and quality.
• Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop standardized operating instructions for Process
• Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing.
• Prepare reports summarizing information or trends related to manufacturing performance.
• Automation in across Plant
• To Eliminate waste from Current Manufacturing Process
• Enhance Safety Culture Thorough Engineering Controls where is Possible.
• Resource Planning Man, Machine & Method for optimization

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

BE/B-Tech: Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

Experience :15+ Year

Certifications: Lean Six Sigma /

Travel: Yes 20%
