Key Responsibilities
- Managing setup and coordination of email marketing campaigns and automated nurturing – particularly in Marketo
- Executing against organic social media strategy across World 50 group portfolio to encourage engagement and member advocacy
- Ownership and management of company social media pages including performance analysis through social media management tool, Oktopost
- Managing webinar marketing to meet lead generation targets and ensure positioning stands out in the market
- Identifying audience cohorts and building nurture workflows
- Managing marketing execution calendar in project management tool monday.com
- Developing internal communications initiatives to ensure visibility of marketing activities and performance
- Writing and proofing copy
Key Attributes, Skills And Experience
- 1-3 years marketing experience, B2B preferred
- Hands-on experience in email marketing platform, Marketo preferred
- Experience creating engaging copy across all platforms (email, website, social media etc.)
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive approach and positive mindset

Work Environment
World 50 Group operates on a hybrid work model. Associates are asked to work in the office two days a week, plus one Friday per month.
