As a HR Generalist, You Will Also
- Support human resources programs and services that will help drive retention and lower turnover.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our business while supporting employee related activities and programs.
- Act as a point of contact and provide excellent customer service by answering requests and questions for Victra employees while partnering closely to support the HR Team.
- Update and maintain employee information in People Management Center in a timely manner for assigned area.
- Partner with business leaders on coaching and performance management including counseling and exit interviewing if required.
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Participate in addressing employee concerns and work to resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Provide HR policy guidance and support functional areas.
- Communicate frequently and professionally to all levels of the organization.
- All other duties as assigned.
Your Background (requirements And Qualifications)
- Associates degree in HR or similar field preferred and/or pursuing bachelor’s degree in HR.
- Outstanding listening and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated flexibility to re-prioritize and adapt quickly.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality by keeping sensitive information secure.
- General knowledge of basic human resources
- Ability to work business hours including some evening and weekend support on an as-needed basis due to the nature of our business.
- A working knowledge of employment law
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills required.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative but also self-motivated, ability to work well autonomously, outgoing and focused on providing excellent customer service to our internal customers.
- Sound judgement with regards to when to escalate an issue to HR Leadership
- Desire to have fun while being the best and to bring energy and enthusiasm to work every day.
- A high-level of proficiency in MS Office
Salary range: $66,560 – #73,290
