Job Description
Deliver optometry training in refraction, dispensing and technical processes to Retail staff of all retail stores of Lenskart.
Improving training effectiveness by constantly upgrading with the latest methodologies, performing role plays, and innovative team-building activities with a customer-centric approach.
Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs.
Constantly monitor the performance of store staff by visiting stores, and conducting mock sessions as quality training interventions.
