Job Description

Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do
- Own the strategy and development of LA Clippers website and app infrastructure
- Understand our fans and how they interact with our ecosystem and provide recommendations on the best approach to maximize engagement with our fans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments and support their website / app needs
- Thought partner within the Marketing Department and help craft the way we launch our Marketing tentpoles throughout the season
- Conceptualize, design and code responsive websites and pages
- Build clean and valid code for modularity and reusability
- Integrate data from various back-end services, databases and APIs
- Manage workflow and prioritize web projects to meet business needs
- Build sites to work across browsers and device platforms (desktop, tablet, smartphone)
- Collaborate with product managers to brainstorm and implement user-friendly site pages
- Update content platforms as needed
- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Manage web associate(s)
- Other duties as assigned
Your Background, Skills And Qualifications
- Given the seasonality of sports, candidates should be available to work nights and weekends as needed / per the NBA schedule
- Proven working experience in web programming
- Proficient with Git, Nodejs, Vuejs, Reactjs, TailwindCSS, Creative Cloud Apps, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Testing/Debugging are necessary
- Experience with WordPress, Linux, Native app development, SEO, and Ad Management are beneficial
- Management background is preferred
- Knowledge of current Internet standards, including cross-browser styling and optimizations
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices
- Superb attention to detail and high quality of work
- Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
- Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
About Intuit Dome:
Opening in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different — it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.
Compensation
- The range for this position is $110,000 – $125,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
