Operations Manager

Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of operations within the department. This role demands a strong leader who can ensure the smooth and efficient execution of client requirements, manage a team of Operations Coordinators, and maintain high standards of operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage and lead a team of Operations, ensuring they are empowered to perform their roles effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to team leads, promoting a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Operational Management:
  • Plan and coordinate all activities related to the successful execution of client requirements, ensuring optimal team performance.
  • Organize and oversee the smooth operations of various business lines from the India office, including data updates and maintenance across proprietary and third-party business systems/CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, processing student record updates, enrolment, book orders, test scheduling, student roster management, billing updates, and course scheduling.
  • Address and respond to client requests and urgent tasks promptly, ensuring efficient handling by the team.
  • Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing communication and clarifying program schedules, doubts, and feedback.
  • Interact with freelancers, trainers, and students to gather feedback, clarify queries, and obtain testimonials.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with all stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Administrative Oversight:
  • Handle backend operational tasks including scheduling meetings, updating attendance, and preparing program analysis reports.
  • Manage transportation logistics for trainers and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee the processing of reimbursements, daily allowances, incentives, and support timely payment processes.
