Job Description

Relevant Experience: 1-2 years

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate employee and visitor movement.
  • Coordination with support staff, office assistants, and builders on the upkeep of office infra.
  • Coordinate with builders/vendors for any floor maintenance.
  • Handle all incoming & outgoing couriers, printing & petty cash.
  • Coordinate, and mentor support staff and office assistants on day-to-day work.
  • Invoice tracking, DC tracking & maintenance.
  • Lunch and cafeteria management.
  • Coordinate during employee onboarding & offboarding process.
  • Prepare monthly reports as per business & compliance requirements.
  • Assist in office administration-related work.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any discipline
  • Good communication skills; oral & written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multitasking
  • Quick & keen learner with leadership qualities
