Position: Farm HR Manager
Location: Anywhere in India (Ready to relocate)
Experience: 8+ Years (Preferred to be from Plant HR/Time Keeping/Field HR/Project HR)
Qualification: Preferred MBA (HR)
Job Brief
1Coordinate on-boarding, orientation, and training programs
- Oversee payroll and attendance administration in coordination with the corporate payroll team
- To conduct daily shed wise meetings in the farm and listen to the problems faced by the workers.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and farm-specific requirements
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and support for improvement.
- To check the performance in all the sheds of the farm and take appropriate corrective action by paying attention to the weaknesses related to the workers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- To maintain the morale of all farm workers and get productive work out of them.
- Maintain proper Hygiene for bio security reason.
- External delegates/guests management
- MIS Coordination with Corporate HR Team
- Handle employee welfare and benefits program for the Farm Employees.
