Position: Farm HR Manager

Location: Anywhere in India (Ready to relocate)

Experience: 8+ Years (Preferred to be from Plant HR/Time Keeping/Field HR/Project HR)

Qualification: Preferred MBA (HR)

Job Brief

1Coordinate on-boarding, orientation, and training programs

  • Oversee payroll and attendance administration in coordination with the corporate payroll team
  • To conduct daily shed wise meetings in the farm and listen to the problems faced by the workers.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and farm-specific requirements
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and support for improvement.
  • To check the performance in all the sheds of the farm and take appropriate corrective action by paying attention to the weaknesses related to the workers.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • To maintain the morale of all farm workers and get productive work out of them.
  • Maintain proper Hygiene for bio security reason.
  • External delegates/guests management
  • MIS Coordination with Corporate HR Team
  • Handle employee welfare and benefits program for the Farm Employees.
