Amazon Key is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing multifamily real estate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving building/revenue growth for Amazon Key’s innovative smart building access solutions.

Key job responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key Amazon Key accounts
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Program Management to ensure seamless product integration and customer experience
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business planning sessions with clients
  • Monitor and report on account performance metrics and customer feedback
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, serving as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Stay informed about Amazon Key products, features, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients

About The Team

Amazon Key is revolutionizing smart access solutions for homes and businesses. The team develops and maintains the largest multi-family real estate accounts in the US, as well as the portfolio expansion strategy, to drive customer obsession and revenue opportunities for both the customer and Amazon.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
