The People Operations Program Manager is comfortable driving multiple initiatives with a high-level of execution and with the framework of employee experience at top of mind. This role requires a high level of program management for strategic initiatives and hands-on management across the employee lifecycle. This role is agile and assesses processes to ensure the right fit for our team of 300+.
Here Is The Type Of Work You Will Do
- Executes high-level project management and assisting with all aspects of projects from business case approval through validation of success metrics.
- Plans and execute team initiatives, in partnership with the Director of Operations.
- Drives the completion of federal, state, and local compliance for Aduro’s growing team, including managing compliance audits on recurring schedules and project planning compliance tasks to ensure compliance requirements are met on all levels.
- Supports the employee experience in our two office spaces, including managing the budget, project managing tasks to plan for large initiatives, and ensuring the office environment is welcoming to our team.
- Manages relevant team members, providing guidance and project planning, to drive team initiatives.
- Drives the performance management process, including coaching managers and managing adherence to our formal process.
- Owns full-cycle health benefit open enrollment process; starting with plan evaluation through completion of company-wide enrollments.
- Manage company-wide Leave of Absence offering, reviewing management of processes and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Reviews employee retention and executes a retention strategy in partnership with the Director of Operations.
- Manages the company’s bi-annual compensation review, including maintaining company-wide compensation data and tracking tools to maintain fair and equitable pay strategies.
- Use key insights to propose solutions or improvements to processes and procedures to ensure policies today fit a team of 300+.
- Serve as the point person for the team on team service delivery and employee escalations in collaboration with the broader People Ops Team.
- Collaborates with the Finance Team in cross-functional areas to ensure communication is clear and teams are operating efficiently.
- Assist with content creation for People Ops Initiatives, such as the People Manager Program, Leadership Development Programs, Annual Summits, onboarding and role-specific development presentations.
The salary for the People Operations Program Manager role will range $95,000 to $115,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level. Strong preference for candidates in Colorado as our office is based in Denver.

Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in a compliance-focused role.
- Experience working as a multi-state employer is a plus.
- You have experience proposing updates to processes and procedures based on data.
- You have 3+ years of managerial experience.
- You have experience rolling out initiatives to a large team – including project planning, drafting communication, and tracking experience.
- You have experience working as the first point of contact for employee relations.
- You have strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a knack for follow through.
- You have familiarity with multi-state employment laws.
- You have experience working independently to cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders across the organization taking them to completion.
- You are clear, concise, and organized in your written and verbal communication.
- You have strong change management experience.
- You have a desire to grow along with our team.
Salary Description
$95,000 – $115,000
