Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring high accuracy and timeliness. You will play a vital role in supporting various departments by managing and processing data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from various sources into databases or systems.
  • Verify and correct data to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Review and process documents, forms, or reports as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Organize and file data in an efficient manner for easy retrieval.
  • Perform routine data checks to ensure quality control.
  • Communicate with other departments to clarify data inconsistencies.
  • Assist in preparing reports based on entered data when necessary.
  • Manage and update data entry systems and software.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately with good grammar and spelling.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
