Our well established client is seeking a experienced Marketing Executive to join their dynamic and progressive law firm serving clients across the Somerset and Dorset. You will based in their Yeovil office but may need to travel across offices when required. Role Summary The Marketing Executive will support the Head of BD and Business Development Executive in executing marketing strategies that promote the Company’s services. You will be responsible for managing digital marketing channels, content creation, and implementing marketing campaigns. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
  • Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Help create marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Support event organisation, including seminars, webinars, and other promotional/networking activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the legal teams and build strong relationships to ensure marketing efforts align with the company’s goals and client needs.
  • Work closely with the Head of People, Welfare & Culture to create marketing materials for recruitment campaigns or internal people-related projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation and design.
  • Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g. Indesign, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

Other Duties You are expected to work with minimal supervision (but with regular oversight) and may be required to undertake additional duties appropriate to your skill set and experience.
