Job Description
The ideal candidate will ideally have a passion for fresh food, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential.
Your days of work will include working 4 days between Monday to Friday and alternate weekends, no split shifts. Bank Holidays are required.
Commis Chef Key responsibilities :
Ability to assist in the preparation of food with basic knowledge of all sections of the kitchen.
Ability to work under supervision creating good quality food.
Ensure stock rotation and assist in stock deliveries.
You Will Need To Show Great Communication Skills.
Ensuring Company standards and specifications are met and maintained at all times
Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained to meet Health & Safety regulations and food preparation guidelines
