Job Summary:
Trainer Child Welfare Project
We are looking for an experienced Trainer with expertise in child welfare projects to deliver impactful training programs and workshops. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of child protection policies, welfare frameworks, and hands-on project experience to guide and empower teams working in this critical field.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training sessions on child welfare practices, policies, and project implementation.
Create training materials, manuals, and resources tailored to diverse audiences.
Facilitate workshops to enhance the skills of staff, social workers, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on current trends and legislation in child welfare and incorporate them into training programs.
Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to teams for effective project execution.
Evaluate training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in child welfare projects or social work.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Knowledge of child protection laws, frameworks, and best practices.
Ability to design and adapt training for various audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
