About The Job
- Manage reporting for US/CA Retail leaders and retail teams
- Assess current suite of reporting tools, identifying areas of opportunity, redundancy, and efficiency.
- Work with IT, third-party vendors and other application owners to resolve data discrepancies.
- Work with Global DTC, IT, Data Science and Business Intelligence teams to identify and implement new reporting solutions that meet the needs of our business partners and field teams.
- Ensure consistency in data visibility and accuracy of all field facing reporting.
- Support the Retail Operations team and other partners to reduce the number of manual reports created, develop consistency, and streamline the delivery of all reports through common tools and platforms.
- Develop, maintain and distribute reports, dashboards, and materials for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support the needs of the retail business and provide relevant insights to make critical business decisions.
- Support the forecasting process and development of store level targets across a wide variety of programs and KPIs.
- Turn business questions into functional analysis – understand the core impact regarding sales, profitability, and operational KPIs
- Guide data-driven decision-making by extracting and aggregating data from multiple sources and translating it into relevant insights
- You will report to the Sr Director, Retail and Omnichannel Operations.
About You
- BS or MS degree in mathematics, engineering or statistics
- 2+ years of experience in a business analytics role. Retail industry experience.
- Knowledge of the retail measurement ecosystem, including collecting, analyzing, summarizing data through API solutions
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex SQL queries
- Experience with Data Visualization solutions using Tableau
- Ability to manipulate large, complex data structures to meet business reporting requirements
- Exceptional time and project management experience, including the ability to break down complex problems into milestones, prioritize work, maintain progress, and communicate status and results
- Strong understanding of the retail business and KPIs (traffic, conversion, AUR, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint required. SQL experience
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $67,200- $105,600 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
