Job Overview:

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Social Media Content Marketer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing content strategies across social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition. The ideal candidate will have excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to craft content that resonates with a target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and target audience. Ensure strategies are data-driven and optimized for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Create compelling, high-quality content for social media platforms, including posts, blogs, videos, infographics, and stories. Ensure content is aligned with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
  • Content Scheduling & Management: Plan and manage a content calendar for social media channels. Ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms.
  • Audience Engagement & Growth: Actively engage with the brand’s audience by responding to comments, messages, and interactions. Foster a sense of community around the brand and drive organic growth.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions. Regularly analyze performance data and optimize content strategies for better results.
  • Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure consistency of the brand’s voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media platforms and content formats.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Department Support: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other teams to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and campaigns. Collaborate to create integrated marketing efforts across channels.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver regular reports on social media content performance, providing actionable insights for improvements and future campaigns.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing content across various social media platforms.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong writing, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online engagement best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Brownie points : Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
