Responsibilities

  • Assess the Market Demand for Each Product Variant.
  • Benchmarking of Competitors – Cells & Modules.
  • Technology Roadmap for Highest Efficiency.
  • Technical Pre Sales & Post Sales – Ensure Customer requirements are met through Product offerings and liaise with the plant.
  • Ensure the sales kit are always updated with documents like products datasheet, PAN file, installation manual, warranty manual, as per global industry practices.
  • Review customers requirement to preform/identify PV project simulation audit, required certification, documents or data preparation etc.
  • Have indepth understanding of international and Indian PV modules technical standards and keep the team updated with the same for any change in the same.
  • Best Cost Vs Quality Matrix – Materials, Process, Generation, Reliability, TTF
  • Product Certification of PV Modules – All Markets.
  • SPOC for Generation Assessment of Various Modules at different customer location –Domestic & International Customers.
  • SPOC for receiving customer complaints & Assessment – Ensure Complaint Closure within time with RCA & Replacements.
  • SPOC for bankability, Lab, customer, ALMM, traceability audits etc.
  • Coordination with manufacturing team for sample preparation & submission to lab
  • LCOE comparison for different cell & module technologies
  • Technical Awareness session for sales & channel partners
  • Product Management MIS

Qualifications

BE/ B.tech with 5 to 12 yrs exp
