Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist solution engineers in collaborating with sales teams to understand client needs, with a particular focus on front-end requirements and user experience considerations.
- Support the team in preparing technical solution designs and presentations under mentorship, helping to craft frontend-focused solutions using our no-code/low-code platform.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations with emphasis on frontend capabilities, UI components, and visual customization options.
- Learn to implement and customize frontend solutions using our platform’s drag-and-drop interface and component library.
- Help in testing frontend implementations and validating user interface functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation focused on front-end features and customization options.
- Participate in client training sessions focusing on frontend customization and user experience optimization.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong interest in front-end development and user interface design.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrates problem-solving aptitude and customer-service orientation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools and version control (Git).
- Previous project work involving front-end development is a plus.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
