Responsibilities
- Responsible for Parent/Students Interaction over Tale calling.
- Responsible for Enrolling students on Online/offline Learning Platforms.
- Closing the weekly Expectations and Deliverables of Enrollment to process products.
- Follow-up Leads and maintain proper records for leads generated / tele-calling / other activities.
- Convert the leads assigned to sales over calls.
- Do outbound calls/Inbound Calls and follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in Business Development/similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Fresh /B com/BBA/MBA candidates with relevant skills can also apply.
- Must be well versed with MS Office (Especially Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint), Email Campaigns (bulk email), CRM Tools, and social media.
- Prior experience in selling IT solutions and services will be an added advantage.
- Must have the ability to organize and manage prospects/leads database.
- Focus on growth and scale in every task assigned.
- Go-getter, disciplined, and paramount adherence to set timelines and result parameters.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, without compromising on quality of delivery.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
