Your Impact

As part of the International Retail Education team, you will support accelerating Parfums Christian Dior’s client-focused strategy. As the Makeup Retail Education Project Manager, your role will contribute to the global prominence of Dior Makeup.

Job responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of Makeup within the Global Retail Education team, your mission is to develop training tools for 200 Dior trainers worldwide to support retail teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Developing innovative, engaging, sales-driven blended training packages (online and offline) aligned with market needs:
    • Focusing on Dior makeup pillars and new product launches within the marketing plan.
    • Crafting makeup career paths to elevate Beauty Consultants (BCs) from junior 3-axis roles to makeup experts, covering sales mastery, technical expertise, services, and storytelling.
    • Animating the Beauty Consultant (BC) community via a digital training application.
  • Delivering certifications for global makeup specialists, experts, and trainers internationally.
  • Collaborating with markets to ensure the implementation of training programs, addressing local needs, and identifying development opportunities.
  • Co-developing and co-hosting international and regional training seminars for trainers and local experts.
  • Supporting local training teams by engaging with the global training community of over 200 trainers.
  • Maintaining and updating training tools regularly.
  • Co-developing cross-category blended training packages.

This mission requires close collaboration with multiple departments, including marketing, Peter Philips’ creative makeup studio, brand content, digital, business development, CRM, and direct-to-consumer teams.

Profile

To Succeed In This Role, You Are

  • An experienced makeup artist or passionate about makeup with solid makeup skills.
  • Equipped with at least 3 years of experience in international training, complemented by retail experience.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative, with comfort in using social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok (experience with Teach on Mars is a plus).
  • Well-versed in training and retail professions, with a solid understanding of sales roles to inform training development.
  • Attuned to makeup trends and luxury aesthetics.
  • Being able to travel internationally (4-6/year).
  • Fluent in English and French (a third language is an advantage).

This mission will focus on delivering excellence in retail education, supporting the growth and development of Dior Makeup’s global community.
