The Role
You’ll work with clients acting as an extension of their team as you consult with them and represent their brand.
You’ll help our clients create inclusive systems and processes throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle and connect them with your extensive networks of specialist candidates.
Being embedded in our client’s business means that your relationships are from C-Suite to entry-level. It means your impact is throughout the whole business, not just on one role.

Day To Day, You’ll
Build relationships with candidate communities and understand their specific career aspirations, options, and obstacles.
Create relationships with companies and help them solve their recruitment problems.
Be responsible for driving the growth of candidate networks, communicating emerging trends to our clients and the Fulcrum team.
Consult with candidates, facilitate their recruitment processes.
Actively engage in and drive conversations with clients about key topics such as diversity, inclusion, equity, and culture.
Be an expert in the Fulcrum technology and evangelical about how it can improve the candidate experience.
You will have the freedom to build your approach, leveraging our cutting-edge technology and resources to create meaningful solutions for clients and candidates alike.
