ANALYTICS
Own generating, reviewing, and delivering quarterly bonus program and check in reports of nonexempt employees. Solely responsible for data accuracy of building and employee performance metrics. Responsible for providing management confidential performance data and insights for both exempt and nonexempt employees. Reporting subject matter expert for data specifics and documentation. Develop, maintain, and analyze operational reports including monthly reporting of KPIs and department scorecards. Ensure data is verified and validated against system and physical operational processes. Support problem solving capabilities through root cause analysis and development of actionable solutions. Analyze operational processes to ensure they are efficient and relevant, while identifying areas for process improvement and/or cost savings. Partner with human resources to meet defined deadlines for quarterly bonus program reporting.
PROCESS QUALITY
Ownership of developing and maintaining process quality program at distribution center. Process quality issues are divergences pertaining to internal processes within the Red Bull distribution center that affect productivity and customer requirements. Track and investigate root cause in process quality issues and collaborate with operations or own fixing issues. Review, investigate, and report process infractions for exempt and nonexempt employees with operations management. Crucial in resolving process quality incidents that affect customer orders and satisfaction. Manage incident data collection with the goal of improving process quality trends. Collaborate with operations management and industrial engineer on process quality standard refinement.
OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Support industrial engineer in building improvements and initiatives. Support and implement process improvement and automation projects across the warehouse. Collaborate with operations team, safety, and industrial engineer on process changes and work instruction updates. Audit and support industrial engineer to collect time studies of operations processes. Own maintenance and review operational metrics and quality incidents with key stakeholders to influence strategy and action plans. Support operations projects that, on occasion, may occur outside normal business hours.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- 6+ years of relevant experience or 2+ years industry related experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience in an analytical and project management role.
- Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders on all organizational levels.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) preferred experience in SAP Business Intelligence/Business warehouse.
- Multi-tasking is one of your strengths and you always hit your deadlines and deliverables.
- A quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Certifications in any of the following preferred: APICS, CIRM, CPSM, PMP, SCOR, Lean, Six Sigma.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to execute project initiatives for improvement and day-to-day support of efficient operations.
- Ability to convert analysis into insights and action plans. Ability to execute and collaborate on action plans.
- Understanding of problem solving and knowledge of root cause analysis tools.
- Proven conflict resolution and influence skills, with strong relationship building skills.
- Superior customer service and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Experience in SAP EWM preferred.
- Familiarity with relational databases preferred.
- Fluency (verbal & written) in English.
The base salary range for this position is $62,400 – $93,600 + 10% target bonus
Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
