Job Description
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
- Start Date: Ideally commencing next week
- Capacity: Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
- Potential for ongoing employment for the right candidate.
- Location: Torrensville SA 5031.
- Pay Rate: $30.13 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting, organising, and preparing physical documents for scanning or processing.
- Ensuring documents are properly arranged, free of staples, clips, or other obstructions.
- Quality-checking documents for accuracy, completeness, and legibility.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information securely.
- Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
- Reporting any discrepancies or issues in document preparation to supervisors.
What We’re Looking For
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in document preparation, data entry, or administration (desirable but not required).
