THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Graphics Manager, this role is responsible for developing & delivering innovative creative campaigns in line with the DECJUBA brand DNA across all customer touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop exciting & innovative graphic design concepts
- Execute campaigns across all customer touchpoints – product packaging & swing tickets, in store signage, website, email, social, events & internal communication / documents
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including brand marketing, content, digital marketing, social media & art direction to deliver assets to brief & in line with DECJUBA DNA
- Manage workload to ensure high quality of output & delivery to agreed deadlines
OUR NEXT AMAZING GRAPHIC DESIGNER
- Prior experience in a graphics or digital design role
- Creative & innovative thinker with good attention to detail
- Highly skilled in Adobe CC Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in web design softwares such as Figma
- Strong understanding of brand and interest in fashion marketing
- Experience working in fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines
- Positive & solution focused approach – must be agile and adapt to change
- Strong relationship building & communication skills
- Knowledge of industry best practise & trends to drive ideation & creative output
