E Tabb Design Construction & Development is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. The Project Coordinator will support project managers and teams by organizing resources, schedules, and documentation to ensure the successful completion of projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Who We Are

E Tabb Design Construction & Development is a commercial construction general contracting firm that specializes in medical construction. Based in Louisville, KY, we provide design/build GC services to corporate and independent clients in the medical field throughout the eastern United States, with a primary focus of a 2 hour radius of Louisville. We are a team-oriented company that values attention to detail, follow-through and a willingness to learn new skills. Our owners are involved and accessible, and have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Our projects typically consist of both ground ups and tenant build outs of 20,000SF or less and span all phases of construction, many of which we self perform, from site work, concrete, & framing, to punch out for client turnover.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.
  • Act as a point of communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and track purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and ensuring costs stay within the project budget.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Organize and attend project meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
  • Maintain an efficient electronic and physical filing system for project documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and answering inquiries.
  • Support team members with general administrative needs to ensure smooth project execution.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • Education: Associate Degree required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in project coordination or construction management is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
