Summary

As an HR Consulting partner, this position will handle all of the day to day HR operations. Is responsible for communicating effectively with internal and external customers, responding to inquiries for information (written and verbal) and providing education and information on HR practices. Appropriately handles all employee relations situations including but not limited to corrective actions and terminations. Provides leadership training, coaching and education to all leaders whom this role supports. Attends all site operational, leadership and committee meetings related to Safety, Quality, Service Excellence, etc. Reviews and shares HR System initiatives and data on HR statistics, exit interviews, engagement survey, etc. Leads and develops initiatives to improve all points of the Diamond. Demonstrates knowledge of employment law and maintains current understanding of any new law developments, including being responsible for all compliance, EEOC and legal HR responsibilities. Collaboratively works with team members to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels of engagement. In addition, will be involved in recruitment initiatives as the liaison between Talent Acquisition and the hiring leaders.

Qualifications

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or other related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years Human Resource Generalist experience required, 5 years preferred. HR experience within a Healthcare facility highly desired. Experience with Window applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, HRIS software experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consultative relationships with leaders and co-workers ensuring service excellence within all facets of Human Resources. Must possess and maintain sufficient knowledge of HR functions in order to maintain credibility with all levels of staff. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment.
