About the role:
We have a great opportunity for a Creative Content Creator to join our Global Brand Marketing team. With a primary focus on video content creation, your strategic creativity will be key in delivering compelling and engaging content to our global markets. You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to create impactful videos that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brands message.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling storylines and narratives for videos that effectively communicate key messages
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute video content that aligns with our brand image and resonates with our target audience.
- Take full ownership of video production, whether we are collaborating with external production partners or creating engaging lofi content in house
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects to skilfully edit and grade raw footage, seamlessly integrating relevant transitions, graphics, and sound to deliver a captivating final product.
- Generate and present fresh, innovative ideas to the team, actively pitching and sharing concepts while effectively communicating and presenting your work to key internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style throughout all video content, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of video content, making necessary adjustments to enhance its impact and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Head of Content to ensure seamless handover of 360-degree campaigns to our global markets, while actively contributing to the maintenance and organisation of our shared team data library
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and creative techniques to continuously improve the quality and innovation of our content.
Desired Skills And Experience
About you:
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working either agency or brand side in a full time, permanent capacity.
- Proficient in still photography and editing – is technically knowledgeable in functioning a DSLR camera and accompanying editing skills
- Proficient in high res videography (4k) and editing – as well as low res content shot on iPhone
- Experience in Adobe Suite, specialising in Premiere & After Effects, and in-platform editing, for social. (knowledge of Photoshop is highly regarded)
- Demonstrated creative eye with a robust creative portfolio/reel showcasing expertise in video production, highlighting creativity, storytelling abilities, and technical skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Versatility in working across various platforms and channels.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Balances creative and innovative thinking with a commercial approach.
- A strong understanding of current social platforms and trends, as a key undertaking of this role will be responsible for supporting our Social Lead in our Tiktok relaunch.
