Job Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for the sourcing, recruitment strategies, candidate screening, and assisting with the hiring managers the processes of interviewing and, at times, selecting the appropriate placement of candidates for all staff and physician positions from internal and external sources.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for reviewing content in job postings for accuracy and engagement of candidates and posting positions as Position Requisitions are submitted by the hiring manager.
  • Subject matter expert on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in Paycom and associated reporting.
  • Implement recruitment strategies with management to identify qualifying criteria and advertising strategies.
  • Recruits and sources candidates for both non-clinical and clinical positions.
  • Source and engage with candidates for current and potential future openings.
  • Works closely with the hiring manager to understand the ideal candidate for the position they are recruiting for and develop a strategy for screening applicants.
  • Screens applicants within 24 hours of applying for the position. Processes necessary phone interviews for qualified applicants and arranges department interviews for applicants for the next stage of the recruitment process.
  • Sets up interviews with the hiring manager(s) and other relevant interviewers with recommended candidates. May participate in the interview process.
  • Participates in career days, job fairs, and related activities on behalf of the facility.
  • Maintains knowledge of the recruitment market and current recruitment and advertising strategies. Knowledge of internet searches to attract and engage potential applicants in their job search.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Two years recruitment experience required, preferably in Healthcare recruitment.
  • Human Resources certification preferred.

Job Information

  • Full-time, day shifts.
  • This position is required to work on campus at Mammoth Hospital. Must be willing to relocate if not already in the area.
  • Starting wage $37.55 to $45.51 based on qualifications above requirements.
