Editorial Supervisor (Spanish Speaking)

TheSoul Publishing is one of the largest digital media publishers in the world, producing entertaining and positive online content for more than 2 billion followers worldwide. We are the company behind the wildly successful DIY channel 5-Minute Crafts, the inspirational and creative channel Bright Side, and a wide portfolio of other popular channels across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more.

We are currently looking for an Editorial Supervisor to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse the performance of assigned writers, identifying successful articles and using these insights to inform structured development plans.
• Review successful content from your team, other groups, and competitors to identify trends, formulate hypotheses, and implement tests to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain a repository of best practices for content creation, sharing insights with the broader editorial team.
• Conduct individual mentoring sessions with team members to enhance their expertise and skills.
• Assist writers in selecting article ideas that align with their strengths and crafting optimal headlines and preview options for A/B testing.
• Support the Creative Producer in editorial processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Drive the quality, efficiency, and profitability of editorial content through continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years in content production, with a proven track record of improving team performance and achieving measurable content success (e.g., increased traffic, engagement metrics).
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, evaluate article potential, and create hit content strategies.
• Excellent mentorship and leadership skills, with a history of training and inspiring teams to achieve high results.
• Expertise in creating viral content and offering practical, actionable guidance.
• Proficiency in Spanish (C1+) and English (B2+).
• A passion for data-driven decision-making and the ability to work efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
