Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing, review, and refinement of equity compensation programs by identifying process improvements and conducting targeted research and analysis
- Audit the administrative agent and payroll provider to ensure the accuracy of all aspects of the firm s equity program
- Liaise between the administrative agent and payroll provider on equity-related matters
- Develop communication materials to educate management and employees on the benefits of equity-based compensation
- Provide ad-hoc compensation analytics and reporting
- Conduct research on compensation practices and policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree required
- 5 years of previous HR experience
