Responsibilities
??:
- Assists the Sous Chef, Dim Sum for the daily operation of the Dim Sum section
- ??????????????????
- Ensures consistency in food preparation and presentation to agreed standards
- ?????????????????????
- Adheres to all relevant health and safety codes as stipulated by the hotel and the local health authorities (FEHD)

Requirements
??:
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships

- Good command in Cantonese

- Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
