Key Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills.
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for our clients in the US.
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients’ requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
• Learn recruitment best practices and tools.
• Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
• Training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow in the role.
