About the Opportunity:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role on the Marketing team. This role’s responsibilities include:

• Assist in the design and execution of Pharmasave marketing projects from concept through distribution.

• Coordinate national marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, charity campaigns, and events.

• Collaborate with the Pharmasave Regions’ marketing teams and internal departments to implement national marketing initiatives in alignment with the company’s brand strategy.

• Manage marketing requirements for Pharmasave’s weekly flyer program, including vendor communications, invoices, and inquiries.

• Develop workback schedules for various campaigns and projects.

• Maintain Pharmasave’s Brand Standards.

What you should bring:

• A diploma or degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Experience in a marketing or project coordination role is beneficial.

• Proficiency with technology including the full Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva is advantageous.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to learn quickly and have proven experience working in a demanding environment.

• Excellent communication skills across different organizational levels.

• Experience efficiently coordinating projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.

What we offer:

At Pharmasave National, we provide:

• An annual starting salary between $60,000 and $65,000 depending on relevant experience.
