e This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our facilities management business to manage a panel of services for a new global client facility in Riyadh built with high standard
s.This is a customer-oriented role that requires a friendly, pro-active, and can-do attitude where the needs of the customer are treated as paramount. You will be responsible for the end-to-end care of all staff and visitor on site. You will be responsible and accountable for all activities within your remit and should highlight or escalate any concerns which may impact the client’s reputatio

- s Regularly assess and monitor all areas within the office to ensure that previously reported issues have been dealt with and resolved effectivel
- y.Perform follow-up checks to confirm that any open tasks or concerns have been addressed and closed off to satisfactio
- n.Take responsibility for routine inventory management, including monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels of office supplies and equipmen
- t.Ensure that all inventory records are up-to-date, and order new stock when required to maintain operational efficienc
- y.Act as the office manager, including greeting all guests and VIP visitors at the reception are
- a.Provide a professional and welcoming experience to all visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate area
- s.Serve as the main point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, and supplie
- s.Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure the smooth handling of maintenance issues and timely delivery of all shipments and supplie
- s.Ensure that internal policies and procedures, especially the clean desk policy, are followed by all staff member
- s.Perform regular checks to confirm that housekeeping team maintains clean and organised workspaces, in line with company regulation
- s.Ensure that the front office area, as well as the entire office space, is maintained at a high standard of cleanliness and organisatio
- n.Regularly assess and improve the aesthetic appeal of the office to provide a professional and welcoming environmen
- t.Ensure all inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards and response time expectation

- s.Coordinate with Building LL and Fit out contractor with respect to any DLP related works and arrangement of access & work permit
- s.Coordinate the scheduling and performance of external specialists and vendors, ensuring their work is completed on time and in alignment with client commitment
- s.Monitor the quality and efficiency of work done by vendors to ensure that all tasks meet company standard
- s.Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager, supporting the overall operations of the office and business need
