  • Strong knowledge of Boolean Search Techniques to enhance candidate search accuracy and results .
  • Experience in Candidate Sourcing, focusing on proactive identification of talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Talent Acquisition expertise with a track record of successfully recruiting across various levels and job functions.
  • Familiarity with Effective Interview Techniques to assess and identify suitable candidates effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
  • Experience utilizing Job Boards to maximize reach and attract qualified candidates from diverse sources.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing of candidates using various methods including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessing candidate qualifications to align with job requirements and company values.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate data entry and candidate tracking.
  • Develop and implement employer branding activities to strengthen the companys positioning in the job market.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring communication is clear and timely throughout the recruitment process.
