Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in ICU or critical care.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification may be required, depending on the setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong understanding of critical care medicine and pharmacology.
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
